Follow The Beatles on their exciting journey through North America starting on August 18, 1964. This portion takes us day-by-day through to September 5, 1964.

I found 1966 to be as exciting as ever in its own unique way. From Germany to Japan, the Philippines and then North America once more, this was by no means a tour to simply 'wind down' their live concert career. This portion covers June 21st - July 8, 1966
Picking up from roughly the end of July and taking us to the end of August 1966, in this one month period it becomes a wonder as to how The Beatles were able to perform live as long as they did. Nonetheless, there were still plenty of good times to be had and this day-by-day account uncovers a wider dimension to these days then I had ever known before.
An exciting journey that explores how the end of The Beatles' touring and [for a brief portion of time] as they each went their own separate ways shaped the coming year of 1967.
This portion covers September 1966 - April 1967
The exciting year of 1967 continues as The Beatles begin the month of May juggling several projects which culminate in the release of the "Sgt. Pepper" LP, appearing live in the first Television show to link 5 continents via satellite, an important exploration of 'inner self' they all took together and the broadcast of a film about love which they made together [with love] as well.
It all ends with the birth of The Beatles' company, Apple Corps.

This was actually my first 'test' post opening up my blog before I devoted it wholly to my family's story. Since then, of course, I've gotten into Beatles' posts, but hope to return to possibly more Bela Lugosi themed items in the future.
